Each production line is equipped with experienced project engineers , production engineers , quality engineers and automated equipment to ensure efficient , high - quality finished assembly .
1 . Each production line starts with fine planning and calculates each assembly link based on the following factors .
2 . Target time ( in seconds ) required to complete the entire assembly task .
3 . How many steps are calculated to complete the task .
4 . Number of items to be completed per month .
5 . Equipment requirements , number of employees , physical dimensions of each assembly line .
6 . How to make sure that the product is ready for the next phase , take the next step or package it to the warehouse , this stage also helps us plan the test equipment .
7 . Usually one report per week is specified by the customer .
8 . A clear , visual overview of each step in the assembly process .
